Alicia is a lover of all things BUSINESS. A second-generation entrepreneur, she received her BA in Business Management from Michigan State University and has worked on the frontlines and behind the scenes in everything from solo-preneur businesses to multinational corporations. She strives to help business owners grow personally and professionally – and support them as their businesses grow.

Taleah has a background in nonprofit and tech start ups. She holds a BA in Communications from Grand Valley State University. She loves all office supplies and enjoys helping clients tell their stories.

Jacqueline Poehlman

Content and Technology Manager

For over 15 years, Jacqui Poehlman has helped everyone from CEOs to small entrepreneurs communicate better through content strategy, copywriting, and website design and development. Jacqui has communications experience in retail, e-commerce, service, and nonprofit enterprises.

When she’s not working, Jacqui is probably tackling the large stack of books on her nightstand, enjoying a piece of dark chocolate, knitting, or spending time with her partner and combined 6 children.

Carly Roach

Marketing Ad Associate

Carly has been working in digital ad management for 5 years. She obtained her B.A. in Advertising/PR at Grand Valley State University, with a minor in writing as well. Carly specializes in Google and Facebook/Instagram ad optimization, but also manages online campaigns across social platforms such as YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and more.

Maddie King

Graphic Designer

Maddie discovered illustration on accident when she learned she could be paid to color all day long and hasn’t looked back since. She loves illustrating homes and pets as well as filling brands with personality and custom visuals. In her free time she likes to color (but just for fun) or work on her hobby of the month!

Camille Nofsinger

Project Manager

Camille is one of those hybrid types. She loves building up businesses and people by helping them create organized processes and taking care of the administrative tasks. But she also loves the creative side of content writing and creation to elevate and help promote the fun side of businesses and people as well. In her free time you can find her movie watching, reading, cooking, somewhere near water or just spending time with friends and family.

Nathan Roe

Business Development Specialist

Nathan has a background in business startups, project management, graphic design, and photography. Nathan is a dabbler. He earned a BBA From Grand Valley State University with an emphasis in Marketing & Finance. When he isn’t dabbling he can be found playing outside with his dogs, Wesley and Oliver.
